Our investments include 39% ownership of AS Tallink Group (the leading transportation and shipping company in the northern Baltic Sea region), 100% of AS Eesti Gaas, numerous hotel and real estate investments consisting of ca 100,000 m² of different hotel and spa properties in Tallinn and Riga, Tallink Group logistics centre and headquarters, commercial and residential building in old town of Tallinn (Vana Posti 7), Tallink Tennis Centre etc.

Infortar owns several subsidiaries ranging from taxi transportation services (Tallink Takso), security and commercial printing (Printon, Vaba Maa), wholesales of pharmaceutical & healthcare products (Farmatar) to foreign exchange services onboard Tallink vessels, and tableware and furnishing sales (Gastrolink).

History

Infortar was founded as an investment company in 1997 by private investors as part of a capital raise for Tallink shipping company, which faced big difficulties at that time. At first Infortar concentrated on investing in Tallink, since 2004, the company has expanded steadily in hospitality, real estate and transportation business.

On 7 September a new Elenger’s LNG bunker vessel was launched in China. After water performance tests, the ship will be ready to arrive to Estonia and will start providing LNG bunkering services to different vessels sailing on the Baltic Sea.

 

 

 

 

Tallinn City Hall’s Future


The City of Tallinn has today signed an MOU with Tallink Grupp AS and AS Infortar for the development of the Tallinn City Hall property into an international conference and concert centre together with an accompanying passenger port, hotel, business centre, restaurants, cafes and other leisure facilities.

The construction of a new LNG bunker vessel has began!
